About Me

Hi! My name is Lindsey Goodman. I believe it is important for the photographer and client to be a good fit. So, in order for you to get to know me better, here are a few random facts about me:

1. I am a Colorado native and love to spend time outdoors, gardening, doing house projects, and going to concerts.
2. My loves: My husband, 2 kiddos (9 and 5) and our Golden Retriever, Lemon.
3. I graduated from the University of Northern Colorado (go BEARS) with an undergrad and Masters in History. I am a proud history nerd!
4. I taught middle school History and Special Education for 11 years before taking a break from the classroom to spend more time with my kids. I feel like my background in education helps me connect with children at my sessions.
5. Behind the camera is my happy place! I love capturing special moments between families & couples or snapping a shot of a Senior or professional that captures their personality. Photography has a special way of freezing a moment in time. These moments help us remember the good things in life.
6. Music is a big part of my life. Although I don't play and instrument or sing, I feel that music adds an ambiance to my every day life. It is a rare instance in our household when music isn't playing in the background. This is why I use music during my photography sessions. Check out my process to learn more!
